Our Car Glass Sealant is a coating material based on chemical nanotechnology, which produces a very good drip-off effect with water and oily liquids and makes the removal of dirt, mosquitoes, ice and other pollutants much easier. The ultimate "Clear View Nano Sealant" we offer, makes sure that water and snowflakes among others pearl off your windscreen in a flash - apart from that, at speeds from about 80 km/h (50 mph) there is no need to use your windscreen wipes.

 

The much feared frosted windows can be easily cleared off without the annoying scraping. Rain, sludge and spray water just pearl off. Tar splashes, oil film, flyspeck and plant resins are easily cleared with the wiper - even the toughest ones to clean. You will always have a clear view...!

 

The coating has been developed in such a way that the surfaces has minimal surface contact with dirt particles. This makes it easier to remove dirt, without the use of abrasive and chemical cleaners. The product can be directly applied to windscreen, which was pre-cleaned with our "abrasive cleaner". This results in the formation of a thin, chemically and mechanically long-lasting coating.

Durability:

The durability of a sealant is dependent on a number of factors, such as the amount of driven kilometres, the speed, the number of washes and various weather conditions. We specify our durability on the basis of normal values, for example an average speed of 100 km/h, one car wash per week and Central European weather conditions. These result in the following durability periods:

 

• Windscreen: about 12 months or 20,000 km
• Side window: about 18 months or 30,000 km
• Rear window: about 24 months or 40.000km

 

Quantity Required:

• 10 to 15 ml per m²

All car windows! Regardless of the car make, the car glass sealant is suitable for every window.

 

Windscreens:

Rain, snow and dirt are repelled in the wind and the windscreen wipers almost become redundant from a speed of about 50 mph (80 km/h). The road safety increases through better water repellency and night vision considerably improves as a result of less glare from the oncoming traffic.

 

Side windows:

Rain, snow and dirt splashes on your side windows from the oncoming traffic do not reduce your side view anymore. The view through the exterior mirrors stays clearer and increases road safety.

 

Rear windows:

Especially in bad weather the rear view is often reduced by dirt and snow. Our nano glass sealant provides greater road safety because it prevents dirt, snow and raindrops from settling on the window.

 

All lorry windows !

Our sealant is also ideal for lorries. Lorry windows are much less aerodynamic than car windows. Therefore the advantages of nano sealant are noticed from a speed of circa 40 mph (60 km/h). Windscreen wiper costs will be reduced as they will be used less. The washer bottle will need to be refilled less frequently.
