Glass & Ceramic Cooktop sealant is a coating material made with advanced chemical nanotechnology. The glass and ceramic hob once sealed simply repell aqueous and oily liquids. The coating protects dirt from sticking to the hob and facilitiates easy removal of dirt and burnt food from the cooktop.

 

This coating is designed so that the hob is received less contact with soil particles. This allows, for example when cooking sauces dripped alongside with a damp cloth, without the need to take advantage of scouring.

Durability:

The durability of the coating is dependent on several factors, such as the detergents used, frequency of cleaning intervals and the mechanical stress. We have calculated the durability of the coating on a hob/cooktop taking into account average use of the product . It should be noted that Surfactants in detergents and soaps affect the durability !

Applications:

 

Glass & Ceramic Cooktops:

During cooking often milk and sauces boilover. These liquids, or food will burn and sticks with the surface. However once the hob is coated with the sealant such burnt food can be easily removed from the surface as they find it hard to stick to the surface of the hob.

 

Stove:

Glass & Ceramic Cooktop coated stove is very easy to clean as burnt food or soot find it hard to stick to the coated surface.

 

Hotels and restaurants:

Hotel or restaurant owners are having their day-to-day experience with hectic cleaning works in their kitchen. Cleansing agents and expensive labour are only two reducible cost factors.
